- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪One word can sum up this place... INCOMPETENT 1. not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully. After they created a outstanding bill for only a few standard checkup visits, I hand-delivered my health insurance information. A month or so went by and I would still not only get bills in the mail (unchanged) but phone calls and then voice mails.
